All prices are in American dollars.

Please note there is a 3 night
minimum stay.

High Season: Nov. 1st – April 30th. $110.00 per
night for 2. $130.00 per night for 4.
Weekly: $750 for two - $850 - for four

Mid Season May 1st - June 15th & Sept. 1st -
October 31st. $95.00 per night for two. $115.00 per
night for 4.
Weekly: $650 for two - $750 - for four

Low Season June 16th - Aug 30th. $75.00 per
night for two. $95.00 per night for 4.
Weekly: $475 for two - $575 - for four

Christmas & New Years

The following weekly rates apply from December
20th through January 2nd:

Two people: $1000.00
Three people: $1100.00
Four people: $1200.00

Fresh Linens & Towels
are provided weekly for stays longer than 14 days.
More frequent service is available for $25.00 per visit.
Personal laundry service is also available on site for a
reasonable price from Mary-Lu though it may take a
few days depending on the weather.

For extended stays monthly rates are available.
